  • Process Improvement Manager

    The role of Process Improvement Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager will be to proactively promote continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility, working with the Operations Manager and Production teams you will support the introduction of standard operating procedures in alignment with business strategy. As the Process Improvement Manager you will ensure the site's continued certification to the relevant Industry Standards as well as SHE & OH best practices. Main responsibilities will include:

    • Manage the site's Quality Assurance, Safety & Environmental Management Systems
    • Provision of trouble-shooting support to Production for the resolution of quality issues and non-conformance's as required within a timely and professional manner
    • Management of site's internal quality control procedures, including standard operating procedures to ensure that products are consistently manufactured and supplied to set specifications
    • Management of the site's customer complaints process
    • Process Improvement Manager required
    • Business Critical & Leadership Role
