With specialist teams focusing on each industry, an exciting opportunity has arisen in the Truck Tyre Division in NSW.
As an Account Manager you will work alongside your customers in order to add value and offer solutions to support their technical needs. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients within a large geographical territory as well as proactively increasing your market share with new customers across the NSW market. The position will ideally suit candidates with a proven background in sales or account management who understand the requirements of the Truck sector throughout Regional NSW. Sales channels are largely focused on Truck end users alongside selected Tyre and Truck equipment Dealers and OEMs, where you are expected to generate leads and build relationships at both ends. This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated, results focused sales professional to develop a long-term career with a global market leader.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant:
- A valid open driver's license
- Previous experience in an Truck/industrial sales or account management role is essential
- A hunter's mentality, an order taker or pure Account Manager will not succeed in this role
- Willingness to travel throughout NSW when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Able to build relationships and understand needs of key decision makers within Truck operations
- Be client focused and have a passion for delivering excellent service to your customers.
