About Our Client
This highly recognised organisation with a strong presence in Australia is looking to expand their team of application support Specialists. They are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent technical support skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing 2nd level operational support, working with internal and external customers, liaising with infrastructure technology teams, external vendors, driving process improvement and delivering to the software life-cycle process.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in 2nd level support supporting customised business critical applications
- Demonstrable application security awareness and compliance
- Extensive knowledge of process improvement and innovation techniques
- Dashboard / Reporting experience
- Application and finance process knowledge
- Experience with Procura - highly desirable
- Highly motivated and a passionate team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly customer focused
- ITIL Certified
- Experience with service now
