About Our Client

This role reports into a group manager and sits in a large enterprise environment. In this position you will lead a team of application specialists and be responsible for:
- Operational management & reporting in accordance with SLA's;
- Business Continuity across the services being delivered;
- Development & implementation of processes and procedures for the delivery of support;
- Identification and implementation of solution options;
- Functional and corrective change testing for new releases;
- Maintenance of vendor relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have:
- A solid technical analyst background in the provision of application delivery;
- Prior management experience;
- Strong business acumen;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Sound negotiation & influencing skills.
