With a diverse portfolio, they are now looking for an energetic professional with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, to join the team as an Assistant Venue Manager - Food & Beverage at a venue based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
Working as the Assistant Venue Manager - Food & Beverage for this large business, you will be reporting into the Venue Manager, where you will have the opportunity to take charge of your dedicated team of qualified professionals and provide leadership through your experience from similar venues. Focusing on sequence of service, a quality offering, aesthetics and reputation, you will be instrumental in providing strategic input into the operational direction of this business. The Assistant Venue Manager will play a key role maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the business, leading by example and training of new employees. A key component of this role is to manage the business in the absence of the Venue Manager and to offer support for the senior management team.
The Successful Applicant
You will have extensive experience working in the Food & Beverage and/or Leisure industry, and you will be passionate about the industry, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service to its visitors. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will execute seamless services with a focus on the customers and SOP's. You will have had experience with a wide range of customers and their idiosyncrasies. A problem-solver and leader, you will be able to work under pressure. All candidates must have RSA card.
