Our client is a specialist provider of Mining Communications Networks and Operational Systems, primarily within the underground sector.
The successful applicant will have:
- Exposure to the communications industry or similar technology
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts - focusing on project wins
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and budgets
- Sales experience across the Mining and Industrial industries
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take direction
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a proven sales background selling systems into mining and related businesses. You will have product knowledge relating to networking, wireless and radio solutions and understand how these relate to the mining sector. You will be disciplined, resourceful and dedicated to bringing further success and growth for this business. To be successful you must have a proven track record working in a highly autonomous environment with a key focus being new business and market share growth within a defined region. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with persistence, creativity and ambition.
