In your role as Business Development Manager your focus will be to provide a high energy approach in creating a solid pipeline of opportunities across a pre-defined territory along with acquiring new business opportunities for Major Accounts. Your overall purpose will be to develop a high level of market awareness of the Major Accounts value proposition across the target customer set and achieve aggressive growth targets for the full range of services provided.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have extensive sales experience, with at least 4 years in the credit and financial services, professional services and/or technology sectors. You must have a strong sales track record of strategic sales in a complex market and a successful record of New Business Acquisition. You will also have:
- The ability to lead, motivate and energise people and co-operate and to perform well.
- Demonstrated understanding of pipeline management.
- Be commercially astute - significant commercial business experience and knowledge
