About Our Client
This US start up has successfully been driving business in the Australian market for a number of years and is actively looking to add additional headcount in a sales and business development capacity. With a focus on all industry verticals this business offers a genuine value add solution to its clients. For example, the business information provided by this company enables businesses to make informed business decision at an executive level.
As a Business Development Manager you will be tasked with consultative selling to a range of SME and Enterprise level clients, predominately through face to face sales. A highly autonomous role you will be assigned responsibility of a set revenue target to achieve which you will develop through pipeline which you will self-develop. This position entails end-to-end solution selling via a consultative approach whereby each day will see you face a different hurdle / objection. The average selling cycle is anything between 3 and 18 months and will involve the successful candidate dealing with various stakeholders across prospective organisations. The position will report directly into a sales manager based locally in Sydney.
