About Our Client
Our client is a national organisation that are running a long term project that is focused around identifying ways to streamline and improve process. How can they make their process across multiple business units easier for those in the organisation?
The role on offer will see you on a 3 year fixed term position. You will be joining a specific team of what will be approximately 12 people that are specifically focusing on the process improvement of the business.
Please not this is not a technology focused role and the ideal candidate will not have a technical background - this role is focused around business improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Strong experience within business process improvement
- Utilising Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in business process mapping and business process re-engineering
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Please note - we are not looking for the successful applicant to come from a technology background.
