About Our Client

This Category Manager role involves working closely with the National Accounts, Trade Marketing and Brand teams. You will take responsibility for the overall category strategy and customer planning with the major retail channel partners. This is a great opportunity for a proven Assistant Category Manager or National Account Manager to step into a Category Management role with a global tier 1 business.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be from a Category or National Account Management background within FMCG and have between 2 - 4 years experience working with the major grocery retailers in Australia. You will need a proven track record of success and wins with the retail accounts as well as advanced level skills on IRI (Aztec) and Nielsen data. You will need to be degree qualified, strategic thinking, planned and organized and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
