About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing national organisation who is currently in the process of recruiting for a Client Side Projects & Facilities Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on truly iconic projects within a friendly, dynamic and highly motivated team environment.
Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a range of refurbishment projects within the hospitality and retail sectors. This is includes from initial client brief through design management, procurement and delivery through to handover along with all documentation. You will be the key point of contact for a number of clients so it is imperative you are able to manage multiple clients simultaneously. You will manage the planning, design and delivery of assigned projects within agreed budgets, time-frames, compliance requirements (internal and external) and resources. You will also deliver essential services and preventative maintenance program across their asset freehold portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
You will need to have tertiary qualifications in project or construction management with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a client side project management environment across a diversity of sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role along with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in managing $2M - $5M Retail Projects from design to delivery will also be highly desirable.
