About Our Client
Market leading organisation, with a forward thinking progressive culture. Currently embarking on an exciting lean and CI improvement programme across the business.
Working closely with the Operational leadership team, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for the ground-up implementation of lean processes and a continuous improvement culture across the Melbourne business. Your remit will be to cascade the overarching improvement strategy into practical projects, implementation activities and coaching across the operation.
You will be very much involved in winning hearts and minds within the business, influencing thought processes and establishing a common language at all levels to lead the development of all stakeholders in the process. This is a maximum impact role, highly visible in the company and will be a key part of the wider organisational growth and evolution.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have formal qualifications in either Lean or Six Sigma, ideally to Black Belt level. You will need to be able to demonstrate having lead lean implementation from grassroots level within an industrial, manufacturing, supply chain or logistics type of operation.
It is vital that you will have first class coaching skills, and the ability to influence and generate buy-in at all levels.
