About Our Client
Our client is a leading education business who pride themselves on their forward-thinking and pioneering ideas. They are recognised globally for their work and have won multiple reputable industry awards. Currently undergoing a phase of growth, they now have an opportunity for a CRM Executive to join their innovative digital team.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation's email marketing campaigns and CRM platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and execute email campaigns, conducting data analysis and A/B testing on results to continually improve campaign performance through optimised content;
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring consistent data accuracy and advising on strategy to drive acquisition, engagement and retention;
- Work with key stakeholders to develop new innovative email templates and landing pages;
- Remain adept with new digital technologies and share findings with the wider team, ensuring best practice is implemented.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and an excellent team-player. They must demonstrate a passion for their career and be adept with new digital technologies. In addition, they must possess the following skills:
- Proven experience within CRM management and eDM design and execution;
- Strong data segmentation and analytics skills, with the ability to measure and report on email campaigns;
- A confident communicator with exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels and manage multiple projects efficiently.
