About Our Client

Number one in their field, they are a globally recognised brand that service thousands of consumers and partners. They are currently undergoing a phase of growth and, as such, have an opportunity for a CRM and loyalty expert to join their fun, collaborative business.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the retention and loyalty strategies for the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing the strategy for targeted loyalty, reward and retention email marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines;
- End-to-end campaign management including implementing customer journeys, laising with internal stakeholders to write briefs, creating and executing eDMs and post-campaign analysis;
- Monitoring campaign performance and reports to identify opportunities to improve performance;
- Manage and refine the CRM data segments to maximise customer engagement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be driven, motivated and demonstrate a passion for customer loyalty and engagement. In addition, you must possess the following skills:
- Exceptional Salesforce CRM skills, with the ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights;
- Hands on experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform;
- Relevant qualifications, and proven experience gained within a similar position;
