About Our Client
With a very strong market reputation, our client is a leading organisation within Australia. Our client is well known for there strong social justice programs. As part of a new growth strategy, the organisation is seeking an experienced CRM manager to join the team and lead data strategies.
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible in the management of the database transition from their existing CRM system to Blackbaud. You will need to analyse and segment data for specific campaigns along with ensuring data hygiene as well as providing continuous improvement to the database. Your role will also require you to then provide pre and post campaign analysis.
This is currently a greenfield role so there is a real opportunity for an experienced professional to really challenge their ability. There will also be up to 6 direct reports in this role.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will need at least 3-5 years experience in a similar type role and have proven experience and success in improving and creating efficiencies on a CRM system, that will meet the organisation's objectives. Blackbaud experience is ideal, but not mandatory. Demonstrated strong stakeholder experience is also a must.
