About Our Client
Our client is a leading specialist online retailer. Their focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products has secured them a position at the forefront of the market. Currently going through a phase of growth, they now have an opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join their Digital team.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be solely responsible for managing the CRM platform and driving the strategy for the ANZ business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data cleansing, management and segmentation;
- Creating dashboards and detailed reports, working with the wider business to analyse results, provide insights and drive sales;
- Monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise the campaigns and improve engagement;
- Stay abreast of new digital technologies and emerging opportunities relating to all things CRM.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be analytical, driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must demonstrate a passion for developing a career with digital marketing and be adept with new technologies. In addition, you must possess the following skills:
- Strong CRM and data management experience;
- Ability to synthesise data and provide insightful reporting;
- Relevant qualifications, and proven experience gained within a similar position;
