About Our Client
We are currently looking for a desktop support analyst to join a well-known and respected Australian brand. Our client has an international presence and is a world leader in the professional services sector.
The successful applicant will be working as part of a rapidly growing team and you will be required to provide quality level 2 support to Melbourne partners and staff.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Previous experience in a professional services environment
- IT related degree or qualification
- Solid experience with windows 7, office 2010, Outlook/Exchange and VPN software
- Hardware knowledge
- Ability to prioritise and negotiate deadlines
- Highly Organised
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate on a non-technical level
