About Our Client
Based in Sydney's CBD, my client are a recognised professional services organisation comprising of 40 staff.
My client are looking to bring on board a sole point of contact for IT that will be supporting and troubleshooting for their office of Sydney.
The role will involve dealing with all IT issues from Level 1 to Level 2, dealing with phone calls, emails and face to face support for around 40 internal employees.
Their is also an opportunity to assist in the back end website development using tools such as HTML; giving a creative twist to the usual desktop support roles.
The Successful Applicant
- Level 2 Desktop Support experience
- Previously worked within the professional services industry
- Calm and can work well under pressure
- Entrepreneurial with a creative flair
- Liaise with vendors
