About Our Client
This highly recognised organisation, with a strong presence in Australia is looking to expand their support team. They are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent technical support skills.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide IT support and assistance to partners and staff. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, experienced with a can do attitude.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- IT related degree qualification
- ITIL Certified
- Previous experience in a desktop support role
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Strong experience with Wintel, Active Directory, Group Policy, APS and Office 365
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Bright personality with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
