About Our Client
Our client, one of Australia's leading not for profit organisations; pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service. The customer journey is their primary focus and to ensure that this is delivered consistently. Our client are embarking on the implementation, of a new website platform to enhance this.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Mapping the customer journey
- Running workshops to ensure all Stakeholder requirements are met.
- Document all processes
- Run the Agile process
- Be the communicator between the technical team and the wider business.
- Support all stages of the roll out of the new platform.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- 2 Years Agile Methodology experience
- Salesforce platform exposure
- The ability to deliver a customer journey map
- Digital transformation experience
- Effective communicator
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Active team player
- Cross functional to be adaptable to a varied amount of tasks.
