Executive Sales Manager - Mining

My client is a leading business within the Energy Products and Infrastructure sector in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager: Commercial, this role will lead a core function across the sales and key account management areas. The role will manage a large team of sales based professionals in delivering excellence in sales outcomes across a key suite of industrial products. The role will own the focus around driving customer centric outcomes while managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving strategic relationships with core customers. The role will also take a lead role in driving sales within existing businesses and growing overall profitability within the product area.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be primarily able to demonstrate highly developed and effective sales strategies including a history of sales success within the Mining and Resources sectors.
You have a passion for the Mining and related sectors and display extensive experience in solution selling, ideally across the industrial and resources related sectors but relatable solution selling experience will also be considered.
The role is to be ideally based in either Brisbane or Perth with some national travel expected.
