About Our Client
Our client is a leading FM businesses with the recent growth in their portfolio our client is currently looking to hire a Facilities Manager with a strong background in technical services.
Reporting to the Contract Manager the Facilities Manager will manage the following responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for looking after all mechanical and electrical services;
- You will work closely with all clients to advise them on technical issues and offer advice;
- You will coordinate contractors;
- You will work closely with the Account Manager to help strengthen relationships the client.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Able to work closely with internal and external stake holders;
- Familiar with managing maintenance budgets;
- Strong exposure to the local FM industry;
- HVAC or electrical background will be highly regarded.
