About Our Client
My client is a leading fashion retail business and are looking for a Head of Digital to oversee all digital marketing and the eCommerce platform for the business.
The primary responsibility of the role is to leading the eCommerce and digital function. Looking after a team who are responsible for eCommerce and webstore team, driving strong digital engagement with customers. Core responsibilities include:
- Developing eCommerce and Digital marketing plans, from strategy to Go To Market programs and execution
- Managing eCRM, voice of customer, eCommerce, content strategy, product/brand optimisation
- Pulling strategic insights from analytics to drive greater customer experience and ultimately increased revenue streams
- Responsible for the eCommerce platform across operations, customer service, and developing online content.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a combination of the following experience;
- Proven experience working in a Digital Marketing and eCommerce role
- A background working in the fashion retail sector
- A track record managing a team of digital staff, ensuring high performance and staff development
- Strong pedigree driving insights and analytics in developing strategy and defining customer segmentation
