About Our Client

Our client has an exciting new role for a Service Desk support person. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager the successful applicant will provide support to all day to day end users and maintain productive relationships.
The Successful Applicant
To be the successful candidate you will ideally have:
- Have a hands on approach with their performance
- Possess excellent communication skills verbally and written
- Possess a broad range of IT support skills
- Demonstrate relevant skills in a similar setting
- Be helpful and maintain a professional relationship
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving
- Be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment with a vibrant culture.
- Experience in a professional services environment
