About Our Client
Whilst maintaining profitability and strong customer loyalty, this group continue to grow and improve their services to the community. This newly created role will sit within a well respected and credible IT support team who service multiple sites and a large user base.
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will be expected to respond to queries with a high level of customer service and system analytic skills. As the first point of contact, you will possess strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with your user base. Your support will include both onsite infrastructure/hardware support and a range of applications. The ability to effectively categorise and prioritise the priority of service requests and incidents is essential.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have worked in a similar in an IT Help Desk support environment previously ideally within the not for profit sector.
Strong communication skills and first class customer service are essential. The ability to prioritise incidents and ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes will assist you in managing your workload and working well within a small support team.
You will have proven incident analysis and resolution skills, experience supporting various applications, desktop hardware and managing daily back-ups.
Candidates will be required to undertake a police clearance and you must hold a valid drivers license.
