About Our Client
Our client has a history dating back to the early 1990's and is one of Australia's largest distributors and manufacturers in their market. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 10 month fixed term contract.
Reporting in to the HR Manager and being well supported by a team of HR Advisors, this role will assist with the general day to day HR operations whilst consulting to the wider business and managing ER processes. This role will incorporate a wide range of generalist HR duties including:
- Recruitment, selection and induction
- Performance review management
- Remuneration & benefits
- Policies & procedures
- Employee relations
- Learning & development
- Workers compensation
- Company Culture
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have strong previous experience in a HR Advisor role and will have had exposure to the full employee life-cycle and involvement in all areas of the general HR function. EBA/ Award understanding would be desirable, however not essential and retail experience would be advantageous. The ability to manage stakeholder relationships, partner with the business and offer consistent, valuable advice is imperative. The successful candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running and add immediate value from day one. This is a ten month FTC and the successful candidate will have the flexibility to commit for the full duration.
