About Our Client
Our client, a very well known International Retail brand has a rapidly growing market in Australia and New Zealand. This is is a a great opportunity to join a hands on, operational, loyal and collaborative team environment.
The HR Business partner will need to provide generalist Human Resource skills and experience to the retail business with specific focus on Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Work Health & Safety, Worker's Compensation, Performance Management and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
The Successful Applicant
Some of the preferred traits that the candidate would preferable have are:
- Experience and qualifications in Human Resources.
- At least 3-4 years of Generalist Human resources experience.
- Knowledge of the Retail industry would be preferred.
- Willing to be hands on and operational in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload.
