About Our Client
Our client is a leading professional services firm with a national presence. With a history spanning close to 100 years and a household name of being one of Australia's most successful and respected organisations, they are currently seeking a HR Consultant to join their people and culture team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Consultant will be responsible for;
Providing HR Consultation and advise to specific client groups.
Supporting in relation to particular issues including performance management, conflict resolution and entitlement interpretation.
Implement HR policies and programs to assist firm effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits, including assisting with Remuneration Reviews and overseeing other employee benefits schemes.
Performance Review, including organising annual performance review training, coordinating the performance review systems roll out and follow up
Learning and Development, including supervising the HR Administrator in relation to coordination and approval of external training and knowledge sharing.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have sound experience in generalist HR practice with relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Management. You will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment.
