About Our Client
Our client is a Property Development business within the residential and commercial sectors. This business is growing rapidly and therefore needing a HR Manager to come on board and support the business strategically and operationally within the HR space.
The HR Manager will be accountable for:
- End to end Recruitment across the business
- New Employee Management - On boarding
- Performance management and Development
- Learning and Development
- HR Information/System Management
- Company Policy and Procedures
- Workplace health and safety
- Administration responsibilities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience within the HR space and at least 1 year within a similar management position.
Property experience is highly regarded
