About Our Client
Our client is a Manufacturing business in the food and beverage sector. They are a successful business in an exciting time of growth and development, it is therefore an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join this journey.
The HR Advisor will be with all departments of the business including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Innovations and Sales & Customer Service. This role will include the following tasks:
- Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS)
- Workers Compensation (RTW)
- Payroll Processing
- Training/ Learning and Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Generalist HR activities
- System, Policies, Procedures and processes
