About Our Client
Our client is a leader within the investment, project development and management of commercial real estate. Providing a full range of real estate services, they represent property owners, investors, developers and occupiers in local and global markets.
Reporting into the head of Property Management, this broad and hands on role will be responsible for all property management services to tenants including undertaking property and tenant inspections and overseeing the facility management. You will be required to set annual income and expenditure budgets, including capex as well as managing risks to asset performance, including OHS. Management of lease renewals, annual rent reviews as well as co-ordination of repairs and maintenance, income collection and capital expenditure management will also be part of the role. On top of this you will be required to display a clear knowledge of the owner's strategy, objectives and specific outcome required for the assets under management. You will be focused upon the investment performance and targeting income and capital growth through valuation, development and leasing as well as long term financial forecasts (income and expenditure) for each asset. You will establish leasing and marketing strategies, and drive negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years property management experience, ideally managing industrial assets.
- Proficient MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive nature and an eagerness to learn
