About Our Client
Our client is a large Australian brand. The business is well established and is continuing to go through growth due to success. The role of this function is to essentially be a enabler of all business units within the organisation.
This is a permanent role. The service delivery manager is responsible for managing and advancing the first-level service and support of end-user service requests and computing issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- ITIL certified
- Previous management experience in a fast paced environment
- A focus on customer service
- Strong Knowledge of IT service desk tools and best practices
- Proven troubleshooting, incident and problem management skills
