About Our Client
Our Client is a Global Leader within the Logistics and Distribution industry looking for an impressive L&D professional to join and grow within their organisation.
This role will be a end to end Learning and Development role. It will include the following tasks:
- Facilitation of Curriculum and Modules
- Training, Coaching and Mentoring of facilitators and managers across the business
- Coordination and development of Learning & Development and Training Programs
- Maintain Learning & Development standards across the business
The Successful Applicant
The candidate must have 3-7 years experience in the Learning and Development space. Blue collar experience would be admirable. The candidate must also have exceptional facilitation, communication (spoken and written) and computer skills.
