About Our Client

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Minimum of twelve months experience within an application support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of basic networking fundamentals
- Highly computer literate with a capacity to learn new software packages quickly
- Computer literate with the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communicator with very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly customer focused
