About Our Client
My client is a well recoginzed entertainment company that spans across the East Coast of Australia. It's currently experience rapid growth and targeted investment across several of it's properties.

The role involves collaborating with properties, vendors and partners on the development and execution of the Loyalty CRM Campaigns. You will also communicate on a regular basis to our customer base and update them on member benefit opportunities.
Ensure Loyalty campaign and property results are in line with KPIs set out in the objectives
· Ensure campaign requirements are delivered, to brief, on time and within budget
· Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with all stakeholders
· Ensure all compliance obligations are met at all times
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related fields and extensive experience with Loyalty or CRMs. While not a must, previous experience in hospitality marketing would be advantageous.
Involved in other BAU activities you will assist the broader loyalty marketing team in delivering a number of time critical projects and activities.
