The role involves collaborating with managers, vendors and partners on the development and execution of the Loyalty CRM Campaigns. You will also communicate on a regular basis to our customer base and update them on member benefit opportunities.
Ensure Loyalty campaign and property results are in line with KPIs set out in the objectives
· Ensure campaign requirements are delivered, to brief, on time and within budget
· Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with all stakeholders
· Ensure all compliance obligations are met at all times
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related fields and extensive experience with Loyalty or CRMs. While not a must, previous experience in hospitality marketing would be advantageous.
Involved in other BAU activities you will assist the broader loyalty marketing team in delivering a number of time critical projects and activities.
