About Our Client
This organisation is one of Australia's largest and most prominent service providers. With national operations, this company focuses on providing high levels of sales and service to a wide range of customers.
This is a key management position, responsible for driving the Learning & Development function for the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Design, development and execution of all training programmes across the organisation
- Reviews at all levels across Executive, Sales, Management and Corporate functions
- Team direction, leadership and management
- Capability analysis
- Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders
- A range of specific training related projects
The Successful Applicant
You will be a Learning & Development specialist with key experience in providing and executing training platforms across sales orientated businesses. With a motivated and engaging approach, it is essential you have the ability to drive and support a team whilst engaging with key stakeholders.
