About Our Client
Our client is an exciting, new, start up business that is taking their industry and making a difference. They have successfully made a mark in 12 months and is going to continue to grow rapidly in the next few years.
The National Talent and Training Manager will:
- Deliver both soft skills and technical training to all areas/levels of the business
Design and Deliver ad-hoc training e.g. induction, safety, engagement training.
Coach and support staff around AUS - General HR Advise/Performance Management
Update and maintain training materials
End to End Recruitment - including the attraction and engagement piece/talent pipeline.
Screen candidates for Hiring Managers and provide interview support
Be an early adopter and a champion for change
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be able to make a difference in the business by delivering high results and will have the opportunity to come up with innovative ideas and initiatives.
The successful candidate will need to have flare however also be quiet business and outcome focused.
Experience in a start up business would be preferred however not necessary.
