About Our Client
Our client has one of the leading forklifts on the market. They specialize in sales and leasing of the full range of forklift and material handlers, as well as the repair and maintenance contracts for their machines. Due to their strong market share and their passion for this dominance to continue, a role has become available to join the NSW sales team. Head Office is in W. Sydney, but the team operate across the state.
As a NSW Sales Manager for this business, your primary role will be to manage the team of Sales professionals across the state to identify and develop new business opportunities.
This will be achieved through the management of a strong territory of clients, combined with your strategies to hunt for new business whilst maintaining a highly collaborative approach - advising clients on the best possible solutions in the market.
The team will be expected to rapidly retain business through establish relationships with existing company clients, in order to gain repeat business, leads and referrals.
You will also be expected to increase market share within your area, while maintaining the company's word class reputation in the industry. Acquisition targets will be highlighted and targeted through initial business development calls followed by client meetings.
The Successful Applicant
The successful NSW Sales Manager will have come from capital equipment, materials handling, forklift or the equipment rental industry. You will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to build strong and lasting relationships in the industry, while hunting for new leads and opportunities. You must have a strong track record of business to business sales within an industrial environment.
