About Our Client
I am working with a global financial services organisation who specialises in the insurance and employee benefits market.
This is a unique and an exciting role with challenging but rewarding responsibilities and long term career progression available to the right candidate.
The key tasks involved in the role are as follows:
Plan, prepare, execute and report on audits and other ad-hoc reviews including assisting with the preparation and execution of audits and providing feedback and outcomes to relevant staff.
Liaise with Council and Government clients on their ad-hoc statistical reporting requirements and assist internal team to provide date reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Apply your technical knowledge and make appropriate recommendations to improve business outcomes, improve procedures and identify improvement opportunities
The Successful Applicant
Skills needed to be successful..
Knowledge of compensation and entitlements under the legislation and the review process for on-going compensation on the expiration of entitlement periods;
Sound knowledge and extensive experience in administering the Accident Compensation Act 1985, the Work Place Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013
Appropriate qualification and evidence of achievements in workers compensation
Strong experience in claims management; with a particular focus on workers compensation claims
