About Our Client
My Client is part of a multinational pharmaceutical company. They invest heavily in research and development and have a portfolio of high profile products.
Day to day - the Pharmacy Business Consultant will execute the following;
Submit and discuss quarterly call plan / business plan
CRM synchronised and updated on a daily basis. (Data entered needs to be accurate & of high quality.)
Achieve set call rates, coverage, frequency and in field activity targets
Achieve customer acquisition and retention targets
Manage monthly expenses/costs for territory within budget and terms of reference in line with company policies and procedures
Utilisation of all sales tools as part of the job requirement
Adherence to all policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2 years retail selling
Demonstrated achievement in business-to-business selling
Demonstrated ability to manage territories (targeting, profiling, productive frequency, call planning, business planning)
Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience preferred
