An International education powerhouse focused on K-12 and higher education solutions this business focuses on all things print and digital. With a significant shift towards digital education solutions this provider is at the forefront of leading industry change on a global scale. Locally in Australia, this clients sells to all the major primary, secondary and higher education institutions and specialises in areas such as adaptive learning, data and analytics, K-12 assessment, educational technology & learning science to name a few.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will have direct responsibility over a team of 6 field based sales professionals in NSW & ACT. Reporting directly to the National Sales Director your focus will be twofold; primarily focused on people leadership but also maintaining and developing business relationships at the senior level across educational institutions. This position is highly autonomous where you will work towards achieving a team target as well as carrying your own individual revenue target. 80-90% of your time will be spent on training, developing and coaching your team members whilst 10-20% will be focused on analytical elements as well as meeting clients of your own.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must offer the following:
- Come from an education sales management background (or related industry)
- Offer field sales management experience
- B2B business development experience
- Exposure/knowledge on digital, online or media solutions highly desirable
