About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the high-end market and strives to achieve high standards of food and services. They are now looking for a Restaurant General Manager to take the lead and develop their product further with flair and passion.
As the Restaurant General Manager and reporting to the Senior Management Team you will take charge of your dedicated team of qualified professionals and provide leadership through your experience from similar high end venues. With a strong focus on sequence of service, a quality offering, aesthetics and reputation, you will be instrumental in providing strategic input into the operational direction of this business. The Restaurant General Manager will play a key role maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the business, servicing VIP guests and retaining customers. A key component of this role is to manage the financial success of the restaurant through effective rostering and driving revenue.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a strong and suitably experienced manager with exceptional leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of food trends, beverages (wine specific) and the overall hospitality industry is crucial to this role. You will have come from a premium food and beverage background and understand the requirements of up market dining to ensure that you are able accentuate the guests experience.
