About Our Client
Our well known client is currently looking for a service desk analyst with excellent communication skills and customer service skills and experience working in a high volume ITIL service desk environment to join their team.
A new opportunity has become available for a 1st level support person to join an excellent organisation on a three month fixed term contract.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Previous experience working in an IT support role
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010, MS Outlook 2010 and MS Office 2010
- Solid experience across SOE design and build
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- ITIL certification
