About Our Client
Located in the Sydney CBD, our client is a world wide leader in their industry. Our client prides themselves on offering great services and through offering strong company values including collaboration, trust, integrity and respect.
They have a maternity leave vacancy within their team for a Talent Acquisition Advisor - 12 Month Maternity Leave Fixed Term Contract.
You will work closely with the business to develop strong relationships and play an integral role in attracting and sourcing candidates to work within differing areas of the business across multiple roles. Some of the specific duties and responsibilities will include:
- Guidance, Direction and Advise on all matters relating to the employment and engagement of the employees
- End to end recruitment of both Blue and White Collar roles (Screen, Interview and appoint successful candidate)
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, have exposure to a multinational and complex matrix based organisation previously and has had consistent in their experience. You will be able to work autonomously and have great kills in multitasking, proactive searching, ability to build strong relationships, the ability to handle push backs and stakeholder engagement and and great communication skills.
