Presently, a rare opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly into the HR Director your role serves to drive and execute the business's recruitment strategies and operations that will link directly to their success and on going growth. You will be able to attract and select top talent for the organisations needs as well as developing, designing and marketing integrated recruitment solutions that will assist the business to reach their organisational goals. A large focus of this position is to focus around the business's social media presence and the ability to tap into the passive candidate markets that are not currently being reached.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, have worked in a multinational and complex matrix based organisation previously in a similar role and will be absolutely terrific in all aspects of social media recruitment focusing mainly on Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook. You will be able to work autonomously and have impeccable skills in juggling multiple irons in the fire, the tenacious approach to be able to handle push backs and stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
