About Our Client
This organization is a well known international Professional Services organization with Queensland operations.
Reporting to a divisional manager, this position will drive the organization's Learning & Development capability. This will include:
- Setting the strategy and structure
- Executing course material and content
- Taking a lead across all levels from executive management to induction programmes
- Review and upgrading of existing programmes
- Advising on further training needs
- Staff management and leadership
The Successful Applicant
You will be degree qualified with significant Human Resources experience. With a focus on Learning & Development, you will have previous staff management experience with the ability to structure and execute learning programmes at all levels throughout an organization.
