About Our Client
My client is an international business with offices based nationally in Australia. This role is based in the Perth CBD office.
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will be expected to respond to queries with a high level of customer service and system analytic skills. As the first point of contact, you will possess strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with your user base. Your support will include both onsite infrastructure/hardware support and a range of applications. The ability to effectively categorise and prioritise the priority of service requests and incidents is essential.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in an IT Help Desk support environment. Strong communication skills and first class customer service are essential. The ability to prioritise incidents and ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames will assist you in managing your workload and working well within a small support team. You will have proven incident analysis and resolution skills, experience supporting various applications, desktop hardware and managing daily back-ups.
Candidates must have had exposure to supporting Windows 7 or 8 and Office 2013, Active Directory, Citrix remote desktop, VOIP telephone handsets, mobile device management.
