About Our Client

Our client is an ASX listed, diverse services group with an enviable client base both locally and internationally. The business is continually evolving and an opportunity has arisen within the newly created shared services team for a Accounting Services Manager to play a key role in a period of significant change.

Job Description
Reporting to the GM - Shared Services, you will manage a sizeable team and be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting and reporting processes across the Group. In addition to monitoring and reporting on team performance, this role has a strong focus on continually improving internal processes and championing improvements across the business.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified and be technically strong in all accounting matters. You will have proven ability to drive change and process improvement within a dynamic and diverse organisation. Additionally, you will be results orientated, a good decision maker and thrive in demanding environments. Strong influencing and leadership skills are essential to this role as is proven experience with staff coaching, mentoring and leadership. Experience within a shared services environment will be advantageous.
