About Our Client
Located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, our client is one Melbourne's most prestigious schools for boys.

Job Description

In this role your primary objective will be ensuring strict credit terms are met. You will be working within a small, but enthusiastic finance team and will report directly to the Finance Manager. You will be required to conduct all facets of accounts receivable, including, but not restricted to:

• Raising a high volume of invoices and sending them to debtors specifying strict payment terms.
• Checking bank statements for incoming monies and reconciling them against the ledger.
• Low volume collection calls.
• Maintaining strong relationships with debtors.
• Producing monthly reports on debtor status.

The Successful Applicant
No formal qualifications are necessary, however a strong background in accounts receivable is vital. An understanding of credit analysis and risk management will also be looked upon favorably. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills and will enjoy working as part of a close nit team.
